in a wobble target. In theF034400300005 present work, the wobble target system was used only F034400300006 in taking angular distributions up to 5.6 MeV. F034400300007 A boron target evaporated onto a thin (0.0075 mm) gold F034400300008 backing. Angular distributions from Ep = 5.5 to 9.5 MeVF034400300009 were obtained with targets of this type. F034400300010 A superposition of un backed self-supporting boron F034400300011 targets. One set of six single films that was used in F034400300012 several runs was analysed by observing the spectrum of F034400300013 3.0 MeV alpha particles elastically scattered from eachF034400300014 foil. The targets were found to contain about 60% B-11 F034400300015 by weight, with O, Si and C constituting the major F034400300016 contaminants. The yield curves reported here and the F034400300017 angular distributions above Ep = 9.50 MeV were obtainedF034400300018 with this last target system.
