Air which filled the chamber served as F105700100021 the gas target, the pressure inside the chamber being F105700100022 such that the thickness of the gas target did not F105700100023 exceed 10 keV. The thickness of the solid target F105700100024 reached 50 keV for the deuteron energy 2 MeV.
